What it is

A peace-of-mind assistant for non-emergency doubts: using the app, talking with an aging parent, reading a signal without anxiety. Not tech support, not a medical helpline.

Hours and languages

Monday–Friday 9:00–19:00 CET. Dedicated in-app chat (not WhatsApp, not email). Italian, German, French, English, Spanish.

SLA

First reply within 30 minutes during service hours. Off-hours: by 9:00 the next business day.

What it does not do

No medical advice, medication, or diagnosis. If someone writes about a medical emergency, the reply is always: call 112 or 144.

Included in plans

Albert Concierge will be included with Founding and Standard when the service goes live.

For medical emergencies always call 112 (EU) or 144 (Switzerland). Albert Concierge does not replace emergency services.
