Monday–Friday 9:00–19:00 CET. Dedicated in-app chat (not WhatsApp, not email). Italian, German, French, English, Spanish.
First reply within 30 minutes during service hours. Off-hours: by 9:00 the next business day.
No medical advice, medication, or diagnosis. If someone writes about a medical emergency, the reply is always: call 112 or 144.
Albert Concierge will be included with Founding and Standard when the service goes live.
