1. Acceptance
By using Albert Life you accept these terms. The service is provided by Gianluca Malizia, Castel San Pietro (CH).
2. Permitted use
Only for authorized family coordination. Prohibited: non-consensual surveillance, medical diagnosis, or automatic emergency response.
3. Account
You are responsible for your credentials. A caregiver account links to elderly users only via approved in-app invitation.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans will be managed via Stripe. Prices as shown on the site. Withdrawal rights under applicable law (14-day EU where applicable).
5. Limitation of liability
Service provided "as is". We do not guarantee detection of all emergencies. In danger, contact emergency services.
6. Governing law
Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Mendrisio (TI), subject to mandatory EU consumer rights.
