1. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object under GDPR and Swiss nLPD.
2. How to request export
From the mobile app: Settings → Privacy → Export my data. From the web: email privacy@albertlife.app with subject "GDPR export request" from your account email. We respond within 30 days.
3. Account deletion
From the app: Settings → Delete account. By email: privacy@albertlife.app with subject "Deletion request". Data deleted per retention policy, except legal obligations.
4. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with your national DPA (e.g. Garante IT, PFPDT CH) if you believe processing violates the law.
