We are in early launch. The first full Trust Report will be published on 15 January 2027 with 2026 data. Below is the structure we will use — you can judge our commitments today.
Peace-of-mind numbers
Active families, geographic distribution (aggregated), Founding retention. Aligned with /numbers, monthly updates summarized here each January.
How much silence we respected
Quiet Mode activations, average duration, architectural violations of the right to silence. Target: zero violations.
Where we were wrong
False alarms reported by caregivers, corrections applied, algorithmic or copy improvements. Honest about signals still needing calibration.
What the law asked
GDPR requests (access, erasure, portability), response times, security breaches. Target: zero breaches.
What we did with data
Active subprocessors with location and purpose: Supabase (EU), Sentry EU, Firebase (if FCM live), Geoapify, Stripe, RevenueCat. No data sales.
What we are building
Three transparent priorities for the next year — e.g. Albert Concierge, Albert Network pilot, Class A latency improvements.
What we got wrong (radical honesty)
At least 2–3 real mistakes: product, communication, process. No corporate speak.
