Albert Life is not a medical device, not a GPS tracker, not a clinical chatbot, not a hidden camera in the lives of those we love.
Albert Life is a promise written into the code: that technology can protect families without betraying the dignity of those being observed.
We believe five things, and we apply them every day.
- 01
One. We never sell data.
Your mother’s data, your father’s data, your grandfather’s data is not a commodity. We do not sell it to advertisers, we do not share it with brokers, we do not monetize it in any form. Our servers are in Europe. We are the only ones with the keys.
- 02
Two. Whoever is observed can always turn us off.
The older person in your family has the right to silence. They can activate Quiet Mode with a single tap. They can see who is observing them, when, and for how long. They can remove you from their digital life at any moment, without asking anyone for permission.
- 03
Three. Critical safety signals are inviolable.
A fall, a missed check, an SOS — Albert cannot hide, delay, or reformulate these signals. Ever. It is written in the architecture, not in a configuration. Even we cannot bypass it.
- 04
Four. We do not pretend to be what we are not.
We are not doctors. We do not diagnose. We do not replace an emergency room, a cardiologist, a caregiver, an ambulance. We are a quiet companionship that observes patterns, tells you one story a day, and gives you the peace of mind to be with those you love instead of staring at a screen.
- 05
Five. Every year we publish what we did with your data.
Every January we publish the Trust Report: how many times Quiet Mode was used, how many false alarms were corrected, how many GDPR requests were received, how many caregivers asked to reduce observation. Without filters. Without marketing.
If even one of these five principles is violated, Albert has no reason to exist. And we know it.
